More of a vent than anything, but I really miss my boobs. Pre-pregnancy I had always had a bigger chest, 34D-34DD. They had body, they had projection, a nice symmetry…
After birth I had a severe food aversion and wasn’t able to eat for nearly 12 days. My boobs became giant hard and heavy rocks by day 3, and the very next day it seems they withered away to nothing.
I am now 2.5 months postpartum and my previously large and somewhat firm boobs are now a humble B-C cup with no structure whatsoever, just soft saggy deflated sacks that lay nearly flat against my body. That is all. Sad face.
Ugh I feel you. I’ve always been a proud member of the “citty bitty titty committee” until I got pregnant. My boobs used to be so perky and cute. Now they’re floppy af and my nipples are the size of a dinner plate.
In many cases it gets better again. I think it takes a while for the milk ducts to go away and then the fat deposits return. (I’m not sure I used the right vocabulary, but I think you get what I mean.)
I’m still pregnant and I can’t get The Chop soon enough. They’d be 100% flat so I’d never have to worry about em again if it were up to me & not my insurance lol.

Ugh same. I got mastitis and my boobs got rock hard then saggy. They look ok but I miss how firm they were they haven’t been the same since.
The loss of firmness surprised me! If I stand sideways in front of the mirror you can’t even tell I have anything there any more zero projection.
oh yes. a 75lb weight loss and 10 months of breastfeeding really gave me some serious granny boobs. i can’t do anything about it so it is what it is. unfortunately for everyone else, i am a part of the “free the nipple” club, so my saggy boobs are common knowledge for the general public.
I don’t want to invalidate your feelings because I also felt really sad Post pregnancy and that’s valid. But I will say now almost two years later mine have perked up a bit. Hang in there!
