Hi everyone, I’m a new parent and need advice on how often I can safely administer infant Tylenol to my baby. What is the recommended dosage interval, and are there any signs I should watch for that indicate I should stop giving it? Your experiences and any tips for managing fever or pain in infants would be greatly appreciated!

Typically, during each teething episode, we give Tylenol for 2-3 days. We usually give a dose 20-30 minutes before bedtime, but sometimes we give it earlier in the day if he’s very uncomfortable. In total, he gets 5-6 doses over those 2-3 days.

If my child is in pain, I give her Tylenol, Advil, or Motrin.
