Maybe take a short break from exercising to conserve your energy until spring?
Sometimes routine blood tests don’t check for vitamin deficiencies. I had low vitamin D, and I felt completely drained all the time. Once I started taking a vitamin D complex alongside a multivitamin, the difference was incredible. People often underestimate how bad you can feel with a vitamin deficiency.
My baby sleeps well too, waking up once for a feed around 4-5 am. I would say he’s relatively easy, but he starts to get fussier in the evenings and is overall a happy baby (he’s 3 months). Every day I wake up with an aching body. By 6 pm, I get anxious thinking about doing the same routine again, and I realize I’m not at my best for my baby. My husband usually finishes work around then, giving me a break. So, even if you find things easier than others, it still takes a toll on you.
I agree with all the advice about the stress of parenting and the importance of checking your health.
I’ll also share that my 13-month-old has recently shifted his overnight feed from 1-3 am to around 4-5 am, and that small change has really taken a toll on me. Losing those sleep hours before my morning alarm or when he wakes up around 6:30-7 is tough, even if I had a longer sleep earlier!
