Help a New Mama Out. Night Sweats Got Me Drenched 😓

Hey everyone, so I finally had my little bundle of joy a few weeks ago (isn’t she the cutest?! Haha…), but lately I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I swam across the English Channel. Is this normal? I remember my friend mentioning something about night sweats after childbirth, but I can’t remember when they’re supposed to stop.

Anyone else going through this? Any advice on how to deal with these nighttime Niagara Falls?
